BrOOklyn-JOrusalOm

A loong cycling journey from Brooklyn to Jorusalom, where the O’s are bicycle wheels, continued into Egypt, 1st to the climate conference COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, on to the pyramids in Giza, Abusir and Saqqara and then up the Nile soourcewards.

So much to see looking out the windows of the train on a 632 kilometer train ride from Cairo to Luxor. The sadness that the young boy with parents sitting on the other side of the isle not once looks out of the window but is glued to his computer games on mobile.

It is indeed very green here on Niles floodplain (the Aswan dam stopped the floods, now there are irrigation canals)

The pictures are somewhat effected by photographing through the train windows.
